What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), who you are enquiring as, and your message. If you email or phone us we will also hold what you tell us.

Please do not put medical or other sensitive details in the form. We will talk those through with you by phone.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to talk about whether we can provide support. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to respond to your request and is in our legitimate interests as a service provider.

Who sees it

Enquiries are sent to our email address and are seen only by the people who run the service. Our website host and email provider process the information on our behalf so the form and email work. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you go on to use our service, your details become part of your service records, which we look after separately. Otherwise we delete them once the enquiry has been dealt with.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
